Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made at least 2 days in advance and are subject to availability. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time. Activities start at the confirmed time and may be adapted or rescheduled in case of unsuitable weather conditions. Cancellations or changes must be requested in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48hrs or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund. For group bookings, please contact us directly if you have specific requirements or wish to book the activity exclusively for your group. Children must remain under the supervision of an accompanying adult. By booking an activity, participants agree to follow the safety instructions provided by the Terganic Farmstay team.
