Service Description

It provides an initial strategic understanding of the land before more detailed studies or major investments are commissioned. This assignment may include an initial scoping meeting, a site visit, a broad reading of the land, and the identification of key constraints and value-creation opportunities. We look in particular at water, landscape, access, productive areas and the site’s future uses. We also make recommendations regarding additional studies and the next decisions to be taken. The assignment concludes with a presentation of our findings. The deliverable is generally a 10- to 15-page visual report presenting our observations, initial strategic directions and recommended next steps. The assignment takes approximately one to two weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the site.
